I am quite surprised at the current standing of this group, I along with most others would have thought MindGames would have been standing at the top of the table, not in their current 3rd position with a 3 point deficit separating them from the top 2. How ever they do have a game in hand so who knows how things will eventually finish come the end of next week.
vG. v azoic details
I always held vG in rather high regard, they seemed to be pretty decent, friendly clan but after witnessing the amount of uncalled for racial abuse one of their members gave a random on public recently my opinion has dramatically changed.
Looking at the match details it seems this game has already been played due too spinjr heading off too Reading festival over the weekend. I could be wrong but Azoic have entered the score which is still too be confirmed, 9 times out of 10 in my experience it tends too be the winning clan enters the score so i have a feeling this result went in the favor of Azoic.
mgcz v bis details
Could this be a case of the underdogs overcoming the odds & denting mindgames hopes of securing a top 3 finish in the group. With BIS currently sitting joint 1st with vG who potentially lost against Azoic, this would be a great opportunity for BIS too pull a win out the bag & finish top of the group. I know MGs roster has decreased significantly in numbers recently, im wondering if they will have 5.
fuz. v Ind. details
Both clans defaulted last week, with fuzion also defaulting the week before. I don't really hold up much hope of a game being played here with no comments being posted on the fixture details.
Proveit v #Rev details
Although Proveit have 2 wins in this event both have been through defaults. rev are yet too win so i can see this being a incredibly close match with both clans wanting too obtain a win.
Were now on the penultimate week, with the map now changing back to an old favourite of everyone, de_dust2. The tables have almost been decided now, with teams getting away from each other and the gaps beginning to show, but with this week’s matches and next week’s to go, we could be in for a very exciting end of season shake up!
Last week in Division one it was a bit of a fast with 2 defaults so far and an unconfirmed result left to go. The other match was a 17-13 win to Sentinels who managed to achieve their first points of the season. This means that with Complex Gaming folding, they sit bottom of the table, with sentinels just above them on 3 points. At the top Deviant have 12 points with a game in hand, with Patriots sitting right up their arse on 12 points too. Ended currently sit third with 9 points and a game in hand.
Yet another CZ event is in store for us from the people at enemydown. This event is a double map header for every game in the tournament, where every team choose a map, and that map is the map they play every week as their home map. Each team in the division will play the clan on that map, but they also play their own map against the clan too.
The event works much like it would in football, where teams play in 2 legs on 2 different stadiums. Instead of stadiums though we have maps. There will be 18 teams over 3 groups with the winner of each group walking away with £125, which would more than pay for a clans server for atleast 3 months if not longer.
Last we skipped a week due to us being lazy, but this CZ tournament is very much still running. As a result we bring you Week 5 of the Cz tournament in its glory. If you include this week there are just three weeks left in this competition, so if anyone wants to change the positions in their group they have to make it happen this week before its too late!
Vindictive Gamers are currently running away with the title having played 4 and won 4 sticking them on 12 points. This is double what mind games currently sit on, who had a default awarded against them earlier in the season and have already organised a match to be rearranged. Brothers in stockings and Fuzion Gaming both have 6 points too.
